PALM DESERT AREA BIKE SHOPS: Below is a partial list of quality bike shops in the Palm Desert area. All riders participating in a Shadow Tour event are strongly encouraged to have your bicycle tuned-up before the ride. Questionable tires, brakes, chains, etc, should be replaced before embarking on a challenging century ride. At the very minimum, the bicycle needs a thorough safety inspection by a qualified bicycle mechanic prior to the event. Want to help your favorite bike shop?
