Promocode Program

Here's a simple, low to no-cost, method to raise funds for your bonafide club, team, non-profit organization, or company.  Shadow Tour can establish a unique promocode exclusively for your members.  The promocode will provide a special savings discount valid on a specific Shadow Tour ride for a specific period of time.  You may promote the promocode to your membership by including it in email broadcasts or in mailed newsletters along with a link to the Shadow Tour website.  We can provide copy, links, and jpegs for your internal promotions.  Note:  the promocode is not to be displayed in a "public" forum, such as a public website, as it is exclusively for members of your club, team, non-profit organization, or company.

The promocode is valid for online and mail-in registrations.  Shadow Tour will keep track of the number of times your promocode is used.  At the conclusion of the ride, Shadow Tour will send you a check for up to $10 for each time a promocode is used. 

This simple system gives your members a great deal on a top-notch century ride, promotes the ride in a professional manner, generating new riders and expanding awareness, and raises funds for your organization in a no-hassel way...everybody wins!

Set-up for this program is simple and quick.  Just send an email to Jim describing your organization and how you plan to use the promocode.  The minimum number of organization members is flexible, but needs to create the potential for at least 10 uses of the special promocode.  The amount of the discount is negotiable.
