Ocotillo Volunteers

Ocotillo Resident Volunteers:   Below are some of the key volunteers from the Desert Volunteers of Ocotillo (DVOO).  The kind citizens of Ocotillo allow us to Start and Finish in their community each  year for the Stagecoach Century.  The DVOO staff the Start/Finish, Rest Stop 1, Rest Stop 2, manage the parking operation, assist with rider check-in, hand out lunches, and prepare post-ride meals.  They also spend many weeks in advance of the event planning and organizing their volunteer base to support the event.  This includes allowing storage of Stagecoach equipment, updating signs, coordinating with permitting agencies, first responders, and many other behind-the-scenes (but very important) tasks to help make the ride a memorable experience for all participants.
