Salton Sea
2007 Salton Sea Century Volunteer Page
Thank you for considering joining the volunteer corps for the First Annual Salton Sea Century. Below are the primary areas we need to staff with energetic volunteers. Volunteers are a the most impostant element of supporting this century. For many riders, this will be their first ride in the low desert. Volunteers help them by manning the rest stops along the course and providing plenty of water, carb's, sun block, energy bars, lip balm and many other support items to keep them rolling comfortably. Many times, a simply smile or word of encouragement from a volunteer is all a cyclist needs to keep rocking and rolling out there! All volunteers receive a Shadow Tour Volunteer t-shirt.
